ACP Management is a full-service celebrity talent and management agency, founded by Alice Hampton. The agency specializes in entertainment, fashion, beauty, luxury lifestyle, sustainability, and social influence—bringing a distinctly global perspective to every partnership.

Alice’s career spans more than 20 years across Sydney, London, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, with extensive experience working across European, US, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets. This international lens allows ACP Management to understand what makes each audience unique and to position talent and brands for impact on a worldwide stage.

Before founding ACP, Alice held senior leadership roles overseeing the global communications strategies as Vice President of Shiseido Makeup & bareMinerals, Estée Lauder, Tom Ford, and Clinique. She has also worked closely with some of the world’s most sought-after talent including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Hailey Bieber, Naomi Osaka and Tom Brady.

Known for her warmth, integrity, and passion, Alice has channeled her decades of experience into building ACP as a uniquely high-touch, relationship-driven agency.

Today, ACP Management represents a curated roster of international talent including TikTok phenomenon Kat Stickler, global fashion designer Anine Bing, celebrity makeup artist Nikki DeRoest, actress and TikTok star Madison Humphrey, Vuori Global Trainer Kirsty Godso, and actress and television host Arielle Vandenberg. Alice also advises Fortune 500 companies and serves on the Board of Directors for several charities.
